“What I Ate Today” Preparing great meals with natural foods all day long. Raw Milk from the farm. Pears from the trees. Tomatoes from the garden Meat from a lamb named “Redwood” Raspberries from the brambles. Whole oats rolled by hand Herbs from my Daughter’s Garden Other Stuff from Trader Joe’s, Costco, & Wholefoods Market All meals prepared in 20 minutes or less. (Baking time varies)
